At glassybaby, we want you to love your hand-blown glass treasures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.
Pack with Care
Carefully wrap your glassybaby in its original protective materials to ensure it arrives back at our studio safely and without breakage.
Receive Your Refund
After our artisans inspect the returned glass, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
